Aluminium Care
Maintenance
Use a dry, clean cloth to dust your furniture weekly and help maintain its look.
Cleaning
In the event of a sticky or tough stain, use a dilution with a mild soap and water to clean your table or chairs. Hose down and wipe dry with a soft cloth.
(Please do not use a cleaning agent that contains ammonia or any other harsh chemical)
Recommendations
We recommend using our Aluminium Polish to clean your table and chairs.
Concrete & Stone Care
Maintenance
Exposure to long periods of rain, pollution, and sunlight and temperature extremes will accelerate the wearing of the protective sealer and cause the appearance of the concrete surface to wear. We strongly recommend resealing your top every 6 to 12 months with our Stone/Ceramic Protector available in-store or on our website.
However, when the temperature is below zero degrees Celsius, if water has penetrated the concrete table/bench, you might experience issues with ice expansion which would destroy the table/bench. Resealing properly right before every winter with water-based sealant is strongly recommended to avoid cracking.
Cleaning
Clean your concrete product as you would to an exotic natural stone surface such as marble or onyx. For general clean up, use warm water and soft or microfiber cloth to clean the surface.
For stubborn surface soils or stains, use a mild household cleaner or liquid soap (containing no abrasive, chlorine/bleach, or ammonium). We recommend using our Multi surface cleaner available for purchase in-store or on our website.
Please note: General food preparation and spills will not stain the concrete as long as the protective sealer coating is maintained. However, spills should be cleaned as soon as possible, maximum within 12 hours. Since concrete is a porous material, water ‘spotting’ may occur, but generally disappears after it has time to evaporate.
Recommendations/Caution
- Do not drag your table. Lift from both ends and place down carefully as not to damage the edges or the leg attachments to top.
- Do not stand on the table.
- Do not to hit the table with hard objects
Cushion Care
Storage
- Store the cushions in a cool, dark and dry place.
- The cushions can tolerate the influences of the sunlight quite well. If, however, the cushions are exposed to bright sunlight for a long time, a difference in colour may occur.
Cleaning
For Olefin Fabrics:
- To remove stains, sponge lightly with a mild solution of natural soap and lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
- Stubborn stains can be removed using a solution of 50ml of household bleach in 1 litre of warm water. Sponge the stain lightly or use a soft bristle brush to remove the stain. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water. Allow fabric to air dry.
DO NOT DRY CLEAN.
For Polyester Fabrics:
- To remove stains, sponge lightly with a mild solution of natural soap in lukewarm water then rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
- Allow fabric to air dry, out of direct sunlight.
DO NOT USE BLEACH BASED CLEANERS.
Maintenance
- Brush off dirt regularly, only do this when the fabric is dry.
- Always adhere to the washing instructions mentioned on the label.
- Washing by hand is preferable.
- Never leave the cushions in water with a detergent for too long. Rinse the cushions thoroughly.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Do not iron the fabrics.
Rope Care
Maintenance
Ropes are made of 100% acrylic with Te on treatment.
Brush off any lose dirt. Prepare a very mild soap cleaning solution with luke warm water. Use a sponge to clean. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap and residue.
Recommendations
Allow fabric to air dry.
